Not surprisingly, the Packers found a way to ship Brett Favre off and not have him end up as a Viking or Bear. Lucky them. It's unfortunate how that all played out but ultimately I have to side with the Packers on this. They didn't handle things the best way, but then again what else could they do?

I don't catch too many Cubs games. Had the chance to listen in on their game Wednesday afternoon against the Astros via 1490 in Dubuque. Impressive performance. I think there are a lot of people, even those who don't like the Cubs, who would at least want to see them break 100 years of futility and win the World Series.
Maybe Cubs vs. Twins?
