My golf lineups just get better and better.  I am still on a "no Tiger" hunt, so here's this week's pitiful group

Lee "Go" Westwood "young man"
"Slim" Anthony Kim
Stewart "Kitchen" Cink
Nathan "Oh, my God, it's on the" Green
Jerry "Two first names" Kelly

Interesting configuration. Too bad my Lineup for >75K wouldn't show anyone past the M's.......

What's up with that BTW?

Anyone know when golf is going to be over so we (me) can concentrate on baseball/football? My new dartboard is losing interest in golf. It keeps dodging me when I throw a toss at it.

I thought the same thing until I figured-out that there weren't many $75K players that played well enough to be INVITED to WCG .  Those listed are the only $75K players that are playing....

I'm just like you, I use a dartboard and avoid picking Tiger.   I get nothing but flak from my group for doing it, too.  They just can't grasp the concept that I'm so far back, points mean nothing to me.

wish you well,
dgm

prev  & jimbo,

I appologize to you both.   It's jimbo that avoids Tiger, and prev that uses the dartboard.....  I do both and got it mixed-up....

sorry,
dgm

Sweet putter there dgm, got one of those babies myself. I've had it for 15 years & won't ever consider replacing it, even though I do upgrade the rest of my clubs on occasion.

Just checked the leaderboard. My dartboard seems to have worked pretty well this week. All my guys are in the hunt. But it's only Thursday, plenty of time left for them to take that long downhill slide.

Thanks for noticing the putter.  A couple of years ago I was recovering from knee surgery and had time on my hands.  There's a local minor league team that just plays down the road, so I stopped by the office and asked for an old broken bat.  [ Of course, I had to tell them what I was going to do with it. ]  Two months later I had the putter of my dreams.   The results turned-out much better than I expected; and with the emblem starring-up at me...it looks great.  If I ever tackle a job like this again, I'd weight it a little differently.

Did you build yours, or buy yours?

My bad. Mine is a Louisville Golf, not Slugger (an impulse purchase when in the pro shop buying a new glove). It is handcrafted, but not by me LoL. Never felt such perfect weighting & what a sweet spot she's got! If I had the patience (with CBS taking their good old time approving avs) I'd take a pic & put one up.

Yours is a beauty for sure...props for undertaking a project like that!

Wow . . .  that's some impulse!!  hmmmmm..... golve glove for $20 or a putter for $150....  LOL.

I don't blame you for buying the putter; nothing beats a solid wood putter head  -  and Louisville Golf makes some VERY nice putters.  I've envied them for longer than I wish to admit.   They're the reason why I built my own.  Not only is a wooden putter a thing of beauty, but they're easy to use; and what a sweet sound when stroked .... and even sweeter when the putt drops.    It's as unique as the original PING 1A was when they first were introduced.

Anyway, I hope you have continued success with yours like I have with mine.

What the heck!!@@#@!!

I always had such great respect for TBCL . . . but after reading the fine print a little further.....No competitor coupons accepted??

I can be showered with these extravagant offerings just about anywhere...especially in PA, FL, NC, PR, HI, TX.    Guam, Mexico, and Larry Lava's countrymen don't want me back anytime soon, so I don't think I'll miss anything there.

L - O - L....

Seriously, that was good . . .

Hey, I think I saw one of those wooden mallot putters in a golf museum once. I use a laser guided Scotty Cameron Futura. It doesn't help with my putting but I look damn good three-putting.

But not quite as expensive as the Coach bags Mrs Nads buys (& buys & buys & buys). Tongue out

The closest Louisville putter I could find that resembles mine is the Outback Mallet. Keep in mind I bought mine back in '92 or '93, & I still paid $150 for it. Foot in mouth

Zell, I don't think the draft order is set until the day before the draft.  And if it goes like last year, Nads picks first and I pick near the end.
