Haha maybe I got it right this time. 1, 3, 8 & 22 after the 1st round.

Congrats on the 1K Prev.  I have no idea how it happens either.  I had it a couple years ago, lost it, got it back and lost it for good apparently.  For a while, the more I posted, the lower my scores dropped.  Not that it matters, of course, it's just a bit of a mystery. 

Once again, I am doing lousy at golf on Yahoo.  However, in my little money league at work I have been doing great.  I don't use the same golfers most of the time, and fortunately, I have been picking better golfers where it counts. 

And I am still worried about the NFL.  I will be lost without it this Fall.  I mean, won't everyone?

I had it once before too. Two years ago I think. Lost it when Admin decided to delete a couple posts & I big minuses. Yep, it's a mystery for sure.

The futility of a AL or NL only fantasy team is taking shape. Derrick Lee sucks & there's not a 1st b-man to be had - good bad or middling.

Or I was just trying to make it seem like there's more activity on this board these days. 

And I agree about the lack of ww pickups.  Very tough when most of the players available aren't even every day starters.  It's better for the more avid baseball fans though, I guess. 

So far, two losses for me.  Nothing unexpected, but both times i was ahead on Sunday.  Good thing this isn't a money league. 

My apologies for being a DeadBeat Owner.  These new CBS 'enhancements' have me dazed and confused toppled by early AM games ( for US WestCoasters) leaving no time to learn b4 line up deadlines. (Too Busy on Weekends!) Oh well, long season ahead!  Time to set an NL Only League line-up since they finally have only games this EVE.

Yeehaw! Pulled in a #1, #2 & two 14s this wk in golf. Gave up on the dart board & started using a roulette wheel. Must be doing something right.

Alright, I got to all my team logos, add/drops and line-ups expect in the AL only league where I got off to a 3-0 start, HANDS-Free! Only added logo there, hope it don't jinx me.
Thank God, BoSox leave town and we play only one series against them this week for the entire Season already.  Rangers - Angels should be a good race to the finish!

Heh heh I'd sure hate to be in your house...because I KNOW what the atmosphere would be like if she was here in this one.

On the other hand I really like what those Indians are doing. Hope they keep it up. What a great change of pace it would be to have, say, a Rays / Indians ALCS instead of the usual boring Yankees / Red Sox.

Can't believe I forgot to set my friggin golf lineup again...

misery loves company...or something like that.  I thought I was doing bad in golf (and I am, no doubt about that) but then I looked at everyone else and didn't feel quite so bad anymore.  WOW.  Tough day for all.  I'm kicking myself for initially putting VJ in there as a starter but then, at the last look, i took him out again and ended up totally dropping him from my team for DeJonge who supposedly plays this course all the time!!!  WTH?   

Don't feel too bad, I played Geoff Olivly AH

Sitting at 1/2/7 & a bunch of bums. Overall, can't complain. Wouldn't do me any good even if I could.

i guess without the Nadster, this thread is pretty much done. 

Not that what i have to say is very interesting, but lately I don't have much going on so not many posts from me. 

Still worried about football season cuz the NFL, and golf to a lesser extent, is about all the sports I really care about. 

Oh, and if anyone out there remembers me talking about my daughter driving the beer cart on her summer vacation, just want to mention that she just got her Master's Degree in Education from Wake Forest this past weekend.  Of course, if she doesn't get a job, it could be back to the beer cart again.
